How Can severe Diarrhea Along With Stomach Bloating Be Treated?
I returned from Mexico two weeks ago. I had violent watery diarrhea two days later. I felt mostly better (but fatigued since). Today I ve had severe bloating. My stool tonight is firm but has white clumps. I ve had an untreatable headache all day too. Any ideas? Thanks

You are having diarrhea since two days
So dehydration might occured and dehydration is cause for headache
Second electrolytes lost in diarrhea fluid, hence fatigue is because of electrolyte imbalance
Hence maintain hydration with lots of water
Take ORS also with water daily until diarrhea stops completely
Take pantoprazole tablet for week
Take probiotic tablet as well for seven days
Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals
If no improvement stool routine micro examination needed
